  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 tbsp strawberry jam or puree (optional)
  • 1 sleeve graham crackers or digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup Golden Oreos or vanilla sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries or strawberry-flavored Jell-O powder
  • 23 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth; swirl in strawberry jam if desired.
  2. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a baking sheet to form the crust.
