  • 30 Oreo Cookies (for crust)
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 24 oz cream cheese (full-fat, brick-style)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1215 Oreo cookies (chopped for filling)
  • 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate (for ganache)
  • ½ cup whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (170°C) and position the oven rack one-third from the bottom.
  2. Wrap a 9-inch springform pan with aluminum foil and lightly grease it.
  3. In a bowl, crush the Oreo cookies and mix them with melted butter until combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. Beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add in cornstarch, sour cream, vanilla extract, and eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
  5. Gently fold in chopped Oreos, then pour the filling over the crust.
