  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 2/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

  2. Add frozen blueberries, Greek yogurt, heavy cream, and lemon juice to the processor. Puree for 1 minute, scrape down the sides, then puree again until smooth.
  3. Follow your ice cream maker's instructions to freeze the mixture (about 10 minutes). Transfer to a freezer-safe dish.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours before scooping and serving.
