  • 2 bottles (750ml each) dry rosé apple vinegar
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey or simple syrup
  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 1 orange (thinly sliced)
  • 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
  • Club soda for topping
  • Ice cubes for serving

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all fruits; slice strawberries into quarters and leave other berries whole.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the rosé apple vinegar, apple juice, honey or simple syrup, and lemon juice; stir well.
  3. Add the prepared fruit to the pitcher and gently fold it in.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve over ice topped with club soda for fizz.
