  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 ¼ cup Cool Whip
  • 23.9 ounce packages White Chocolate Instant Pudding
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 to 1 ½ cup blueberries (fresh or thawed)

Instructions

  1. For the crust, crush Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Mix with melted butter and press into a greased 9 x 13 inch dish. Chill.
  2. In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and butter until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip and blueberries gently before spreading over the chilled crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Stir in powdered freeze-dried blueberries and spread over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Top with additional Cool Whip and garnish with white chocolate curls or chips.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours before serving to let layers set.
