  • 1/2 large red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. red apple vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 12 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
