  • 1 can Kidney beans (Drained, Rinsed, 15 oz. can)
  • 1 can Garbanzo beans (Drained, Rinsed, 15 oz. can)
  • 2 cans Green beans (Drained, Rinsed, 15 oz. cans)
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/3 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • Salt (To taste)
  • Pepper (To taste)
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley (Finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Red onion (Finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, ginger powder, garlic powder, granulated sugar, and finely chopped parsley until well combined.
  2. Add drained and rinsed kidney beans, garbanzo beans, green beans, and finely chopped red onion to the bowl.
  3. Gently toss all ingredients until evenly coated with the dressing.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
