  • 2 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Mini chocolate chips

  1. Brown the unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat until golden and nutty.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine white and brown sugars with the cooled brown butter; mix until smooth.
  3. Add pure vanilla extract and room temperature eggs; blend well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cornstarch.
