  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced (optional)
  • Juice of 1 lime or lemon
  • 12 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves, chopped (plus more for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all fruits: slice peaches, halve grapes and strawberries, and peel/slice kiwi if using.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, gently toss together the peaches, strawberries, blueberries, grapes, and kiwi.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the citrus juice and honey (if using) with chopped mint.
  4. Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 15–30 minutes before serving for enhanced flavor.
