  • 1 lb. mascarpone cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3.5 oz strawberry pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces whipped topping
  • Fresh strawberries (for garnishing)

  1. Prepare the strawberry sauce by combining fresh strawberries with 1/2 cup sugar and lemon juice in a bowl. Lightly mash with a fork.
  2. In another bowl, beat mascarpone and cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in sugar, pudding mix, and vanilla extract; mix well. Gently fold in whipped topping.
