  • 200 grams graham cracker crumbs
  • 100 grams unsalted butter, melted
  • 600 grams cream cheese (softened)
  • 150 grams granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 200 grams white chocolate, chopped
  • 300 grams white chocolate (melted) for topping
  • 250 ml heavy cream (whipped)
  • 300 grams fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the base of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. Gently fold in chopped white chocolate and pour over crust.
  5. Bake for about 45 minutes; allow to cool completely before removing from the pan.
  6. Melt additional white chocolate; mix with whipped cream until combined and spread over cooled cheesecake.
  7. Refrigerate until set (approximately 2 hours) and top with sliced strawberries before serving.
