  • 1 pint strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup tomato-basil feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 cup pecans (chopped)

  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Wash red romaine lettuce and mixed greens thoroughly; dry them.
  2. Slice strawberries and reserve half for garnish.
  3. In a large bowl, combine greens, sliced strawberries, feta cheese, and chopped pecans; gently toss.
  4. For the dressing, whisk together remaining strawberries, feta cheese, pecans, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, dried basil, and salt until smooth.
