  • 4 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Parsley flakes (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 385°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Wash the mini potatoes thoroughly and set aside.
  4. In a bowl, mix cold water with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice; set aside.
  5. Carefully carve skull faces into each potato and place them in the lemon water.
