  • 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 8 oz jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1214 wonton wrappers
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press each wonton wrapper into a muffin tin cup and lightly spray with cooking spray. Bake for about 5 minutes until starting to crisp.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Fill each baked wonton wrapper generously with the mixture.
  5. Bake filled cups for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
