  • 2 lemons (peeled and quartered)
  • 2 oranges (peeled and quartered)
  • 2 inches raw turmeric (peeled) or 1 teaspoon powdered turmeric
  • Optional: 2-4 cloves peeled raw garlic

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients, peeling and quartering the lemons and oranges while preparing the ginger and turmeric.
  2. Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture using a mesh strainer over a large bowl, pressing down on the pulp to extract as much liquid as possible.
  4. Pour the strained juice into a measuring cup with a spout for easy pouring.
  5. Use a small funnel to transfer the liquid into airtight bottles.
