  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chipotle powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp adobo sauce from the can
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing olive oil, chipotle powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. While the chicken marinates, create the dipping sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, chopped chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, lime juice, and honey until smooth.
