  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 can diced tomatoes

  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the beef cubes on all sides (5-7 minutes). Transfer to a slow cooker.
  3. Sauté onions and bell peppers in the same skillet until softened (4-5 minutes). Add minced garlic for another minute before transferring to the slow cooker.
  4. In the slow cooker, combine browned beef, sautéed vegetables, diced tomatoes (with juice), beef broth, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until tender.
