  • 4 tbsp cornstarch
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1 bag (12 oz) frozen broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. Place thinly sliced beef in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together beef stock, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and garlic; pour over the beef.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours until the beef is tender.
  4. Mix cornstarch with water and stir into the slow cooker to thicken the sauce about 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Add frozen broccoli during the last 30 minutes of cooking time and stir to combine.
  6. Serve hot over cooked white rice if desired.
