  • ¾ cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F (180C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with foil.
  2. Melt the white chocolate and butter together in a heat-proof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted mixture with sugar; mix well. Add eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Sift flour and salt together; fold into the wet mixture until just combined. Gently fold in the fresh raspberries.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 17-20 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
