  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 15 ounces Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 12 ounces Evaporated Milk
  • 14 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 6 ounces Whole Milk
  • 8 ounces Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Sugar and Cinnamon for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, blend together the cake mix, melted butter, eggs, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice using a handheld mixer for about 2 minutes.
  3. Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Let the cake cool for about 20 minutes, then whisk together evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and whole milk in another bowl.
  5. Poke holes in the cooled cake with a fork or skewer and slowly pour the milk mixture over it to soak.
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least four hours.
  7. Before serving, whip heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form, then spread over the cake.
