  • 1 cup (8 ounces; 227 grams) mascarpone cheese
  • ¼ cup (50 grams) granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup packed (100 grams) light brown sugar
  • 1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • Pinch of cloves
  • Pinch of coarse kosher salt
  • 1 (15 ounce) can 100% pumpkin puree

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add 2 eggs and vanilla extract; blend well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together light brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, salt, and pumpkin puree.
