  • 1 pound bowtie pasta (cooked to al dente)
  • 1 cup fresh basil (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 rounded tablespoons tomato paste
  • 6 tablespoons red apple vinegar
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, red onion, mushrooms, green bell pepper, turkey pepperoni slices, cubed mozzarella cheese, and chopped basil. Gently toss until mixed.
