  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup pistachio butter
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and yeast; set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Pour into dry ingredients and knead until a soft dough forms.
  3. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm spot for about an hour until doubled in size.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  5. Spread pistachio butter over the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log shape and cut into 12 equal pieces.
  7. Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cover again, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
