  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple (well-drained)
  • 1/2 cup halved maraschino cherries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut flakes
  • About 2/3 of a (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Add graham cracker crumbs and mix until coated. Press into the pan to form the crust.
  3. Layer crushed pineapple, cherries, white chocolate chips, and coconut on top of the crust.
  4. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over all layers.
  5. Bake for 30-34 minutes until edges are golden and center is bubbly.
  6. Cool in the pan for at least two hours before slicing into squares.
