  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion and bell peppers until softened.
  2. Add thinly sliced sirloin steak and cook until browned.
  3. Pour in beef broth and diced tomatoes; stir to combine.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper; simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. In a separate saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour to create a roux. Gradually add milk while whisking until thickened.
  6. Stir in cream cheese until melted, then add provolone and mozzarella cheeses until smooth.
