  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature

  • ½ cup sour cream, room temperature
  • 1½ cups fresh peaches, peeled & sliced
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 6 Tbsp cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan by greasing it.
  2. For the crust, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until moistened; press into the pan.
  3. For the filling, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract and sour cream. Pour over the crust.
  4. For the topping, combine sliced peaches with flour, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg; toss gently. Spread over the cheesecake layer and dot with butter.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set and golden brown; cool completely before cutting into bars.
