  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (for streusel topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 13×9 casserole dish with cooking spray.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and granulated sugar; then add almond milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pour the mixture over the bread in the casserole dish, ensuring all pieces are soaked.
