  5. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Roll out chilled dough to about 3mm thick and fit into a tart pan.
  6. Prick the bottom with a fork, cover with parchment paper, and fill with weights or beans. Bake for 15 minutes until slightly golden.
