  • 1 small bunch fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 bunch fresh mint, chopped
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sumac
