  • 1 box instant Oreo Cookies 'n Cream pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream (reduced-fat is fine)
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • about 20 Oreo cookies (divided; 8 whole, and the remainder coarsely chopped)
  • 1 c. milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c. heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 3/4 c. cold milk
  • 18 oz. container whipped topping (thawed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, one box of instant Oreo pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil, and water; mix until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in coarsely chopped Oreo cookies.
  4. Pour batter into the bundt pan and bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
  6. For ganache, melt chocolate chips with heavy cream and butter over low heat until smooth.
  7. Make frosting by whisking together remaining pudding mix with cold milk and folding in whipped topping.
  8. Once cooled, drizzle ganache over the cake and spread frosting on top. Decorate with reserved whole Oreos.
