  • 1 jar (24 oz) red pasta sauce or marinara

  • 910 uncooked lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 3 cups fresh baby spinach
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef for about 8–10 minutes. Drain excess grease if necessary.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent (about 5 minutes). Stir in minced garlic and tomato paste; cook for an additional minute.
  3. Mix in pasta sauce and broth, then return the browned meat to the pot. Bring to a low simmer.
  4. Add broken lasagna noodles; cover and simmer for about 20 minutes until the noodles are tender.
