  • 3 Tablespoons Red Curry Paste
  • 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 1 14-ounce can Coconut Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Ginger (minced)
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a medium baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together coconut milk, red curry paste, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, fresh ginger, and garlic until smooth.
  3. Arrange frozen dumplings in a single layer in the prepared baking dish and pour the sauce evenly over them.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes until bubbling and tender.
