  • 1 can (15 oz) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup ditalini pasta (or any small pasta)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onion, celery, and carrots; sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Mix in diced tomatoes, cannellini beans, red kidney beans, beef broth, and tomato paste.
