  • 1 cup hot coffee
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 340 g butter (for frosting)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, vegetable oil, orange juice, hot coffee, and vanilla extract until well combined.
