Instructions

  1. Prepare your pie crust ahead of time and chill it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (191°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the fruit, cornstarch, sugar, and lemon juice; refrigerate while you roll out the dough.
