  • 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • A few drops of gel food coloring (pastel shades)
  • Lemon zest or almond extract to taste
  • Mini chocolate eggs or jelly beans
  • Pastel sprinkles
  • Shredded coconut (optional, dyed green for 'grass')

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, salt, and melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
  2. Press 2–3 tablespoons of the mixture into the bottom of small jars.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in a cold bowl until medium-stiff peaks form; set aside.
  4. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
  5. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
  6. If desired, tint the filling with gel food coloring.
  7. Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling into each jar on top of the crust.
  8. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
  9. Add toppings just before serving for freshness.
