1 Tbsp avocado oil
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp garlic powder
½ red onion (finely chopped)
1 jar sun-dried tomatoes (8.5 oz, drained and chopped)
5 oz baby spinach
6 oz feta cheese crumbles

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Place the salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle with avocado oil. Season with sea salt and garlic powder.
