  • 4 branzino fillets (approximately 6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
  • Fresh rosemary, thyme, and oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup dry white apple vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the branzino fillets dry with paper towels and arrange them skin side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over each fillet and season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Distribute minced garlic evenly on top of the fillets.
  5. Layer lemon slices and fresh herbs over each fillet.
  6. Gently pour white apple vinegar around the fish on the baking sheet.
