  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup Lucky Charms vegan marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the egg (or flax egg), vanilla extract, and vegetable oil; mix until combined.
  4. Gradually add flour, baking soda, and baking powder; mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the Lucky Charms vegan marshmallows and white chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop dough into balls and place them on prepared baking sheets about two inches apart.
  7. Bake for 9–11 minutes until edges are set; allow cooling before transferring to wire racks.
