  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons whole milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then stir in lemon juice and zest.
  5. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients alternating with whole milk until just mixed.
