  • Optional: 1/2 cup white apple vinegar or chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the turkey breast dry and place it in a roasting pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix lemon zest, lemon juice (from one lemon), minced garlic, chopped herbs, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to form a paste.
