  • 6 oranges
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g flour

Instructions

  1. Prepare the oranges by cutting off their tops and carefully removing the flesh without damaging the skin. Squeeze the removed flesh to collect the juice.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, 50 ml of orange juice, eggs, melted butter, and melted dark chocolate. Mix until smooth.
  3. Gradually stir in flour until well combined.
  4. Place empty orange halves upright on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and fill them with the chocolate mixture.
  5. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes or until set on the edges and soft in the center.
