1 pound ground beef (80/20)
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
Prep your ingredients by measuring and washing them. Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for about 5–7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in broccoli florets along with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Cook for an additional 5–7 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.
Lower heat and add heavy cream and half of the cheddar cheese to the skillet. Stir until creamy, then top with remaining cheese and cover for 2–3 minutes until melted.
