  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 2 tsp coarse kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and spray a 2-quart baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, ground beef, and chopped onions. Cook until the beef is browned and onions are tender, about 5 minutes. Drain any excess liquid.
  3. Stir in black pepper, minced garlic, and kosher salt; cook until fragrant.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese on top.
