  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam the cauliflower until fork-tender; drain and chop.
  3. In a sauce pot over low heat, combine heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix in cream cheese until smooth, then add cheddar until melted.
  4. Stir in chopped cauliflower until well coated. Transfer to a baking dish and top with mozzarella and parmesan.
