Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza crust (13.8 oz)
  • 3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
  • 8 ounces deli meat (chicken or turkey)
  • 6 ounces mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
  3. Unroll the pizza dough onto the baking sheet and brush half of the butter mixture over it, leaving a ½-inch border.
  4. Layer the deli meats and shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the dough, avoiding the edges.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from one long side and pinch the seam to seal. Tuck in both ends and place seam side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Brush the remaining butter mixture over the top of the rolled Stromboli.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool for five minutes before slicing.
