  • 12 Tbs. mild chili powder

  • Sour cream (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add diced onion to the pot and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix in broken pasta, undrained chili beans, and tomato juice. Combine thoroughly.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
