  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 scoop (30g) unflavored protein powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • â…” cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 10 tsp cream cheese
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten (optional, for egg wash)
  • Everything But The Bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, protein powder, and salt.
  2. Mix in the Greek yogurt until a sticky dough forms.
  3. On a floured surface, divide the dough into 10 pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
  4. Flatten each ball, add 1 tsp of cream cheese in the center, seal well, and reshape.
  5. Brush with egg wash (optional) and sprinkle with Everything But The Bagel seasoning.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
  7. Cook bagel bites in the air fryer for 5–6 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
