  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 23 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tsp grated ginger
  • ½ c mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • Rice (for serving)
  • Shredded carrots
  • Sliced cucumbers
  • Shelled edamame
  • Pickled onions
  • Avocado
  • Shredded cabbage
  • Sliced green onion
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and honey to create the bang bang sauce. Chill.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned. Stir in garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sriracha, chicken broth, honey, black pepper, sea salt, and cornstarch; simmer until thickened.
  3. To serve, place rice in bowls and top with the turkey mixture and desired fresh vegetables. Drizzle with bang bang sauce.
