  • 1 ball burrata
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp red apple vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 68 cups mixed greens
  • ¼ cup chopped pistachios or walnuts
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Slice peaches in half, remove pits, and brush with olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
